How long before I receive my ordered products?
All orders will leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days after ordering, and shipping only runs on workdays.
Domestic Shipping
All domestic parcels are delivered via UPS, with regular receiving time of 3-7 business days.
International Shipping
All international parcels are delivered via DHL.
The regular receiving time for international parcels is 4-21 business days.
Customs procedures extend delivery time for international parcels with variable time differences.
Preppy Prodigy does not pay any customs taxes incurred during international shipping.
